North of the Phra Prang in Bangkok Yai is the entrance to the Ubosot, which consists of a baroque, with a crown King Mongkut, covered the inlet gate. It is decorated with colorful ceramic and stucco, and flanked by two cells in which stand statues of two men, Nok and Nai Nai Ruang that were at the reputation for piety. At the entrance are two giant guardian statues clothed with faience. They correspond to the statues that guard the entrances at Wat Phra Kaeo. The figures come from the Ramakien, the Thai version of the great Indian epic Ramayana.
